Is your product available in my state?
- We can write water entities in all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
- We write municipalities in all states except Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Louisiana and West Virginia. Casualty lines are available in Florida, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.
- We can write K-12 public school districts in all states except Alaska, Delaware,
Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, New York, Texas and West Virginia.
Limited coverage is available in Arkansas, Iowa, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania. Casualty lines are available in Florida, Kansas and Oklahoma. - We can write private and select religious schools (without dormitories) in all states except Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky and Oklahoma.

Does my agency need to be appointed to write with GPE?
No, Glatfelter does not require agency appointments. Any agent may write with GPE.

Are there minimum premiums for GPE programs?
No. While each line of business has a filed minimum, effectively, there are no minimum account sizes.

What is the typical turn-around time for a submission?
- For water and municipal submissions, we ask for at least 20 days.
- For educational entities and school bus contractors, we ask for at least 30 days.

Does your program consider Self Insured Retentions (SIRs)?
All of GPE programs are first dollar programs, so there are no SIRs or deductibles.
